Please note that the Holiday Inn South Beach Resort is located across the street from the Beach but does have its own Beach Front Clubhouse with Pool, Lounge Area with TV , Bathrooms/Changing Rooms, Game Room, and Sun Deck. The Resort has a free shuttle that takes you back and forth to the Beach Front Clubhouse if you prefer not to walk (few minutes). The Resort also has 3 additional pools, Bar/Snack Bar, a lazy river, fitness room, game room, on-site marketplace, on-site par 3 golf, planned activites and Free Wi-Fi.
This is our personal timeshare that we are not able to use this year. The Renter must sign a timeshare rental agreement. Renter must be over 21 years old and have a major credit card for security purposes at check-in. The person listed on the reservation and rental agreement, must be the same person checking into the Resort. No more than 4 people (including babies) can stay in the Villa.
